Savings Accounts

There is nothing too complicated about our savings and transaction accounts. Complete access and no transaction fees - it's that simple.

General Savings Account (S1)

The S1 Savings Account is generally your main transaction account. This account is automatically opened when you first join Heritage Isle Credit Union.

Junior Saver Account (S2)

A special transaction account is available if you are under 18 years of age. This account receives a higher interest rate, to encourage savings as well as free incentive gifts, for those members under 16 years, when they reach various balance targets.

Christmas Club Account (S5)

Whilst Christmas is a wonderful time to enjoy with family and friends it also brings with it considerable financial pressure. A modest allocation each week can mean your Christmas expenses are well and truly covered.

Budget Savings Account (S6)

This account, attracts no credit interest, and can be utilised as a deduction savings account for specific period payments. This assists in budgeting for your normal monthly payments like your electricity bill.

Investment at Call Account (S8)

The account is intended to encourage members to save by providing a higher interest rate than your General Savings Account.¹

Planned Savings Account (S10)

This account is a Special Purpose account to fulfil a particular savings need (such as travel) or to fund any expense (to pay your regular bills)
