With the rapid increase in the popularity of internet-enabled Smartphones and iPads it is no surprise that more and more people are using them for their financial transactions as well. Developing a mobile banking service for Members that provided the necessary security features for our Members has been a priority for Bank of Heritage Isle. Our new Mobile Banking service provides a convenient, secure way for you to transact online wherever you are.

How to access Mobile Banking

To access Mobile Banking, you must have registered for Internet banking. This means that if you are already a user of Internet Banking, you can access Mobile Banking immediately without the need for any new paperwork. Once you’re ready, simply use your mobile phone to access the Bank of Heritage Isle website and select Mobile Banking. You will then be required to enter the same security details as normal (your member number and password); however, you will not be required to enter your date of birth or captcha text as is the case for Internet Banking.

Using Mobile Banking

  • The availability of Mobile Banking may be affected by your telecommunication connection in order to access this service. As a result, Bank of Heritage Isle cannot guarantee that you will be able to access Mobile Banking at all times.
  • Not all standard Internet banking functions may be available.
  • Not all mobile phones will allow you to access Internet banking
  • Your normal Internet and mobile phone charges will continue to apply.
  • You do not require any special ‘applications/apps’ to access Mobile Banking. Users simply require access to the Internet via their mobile phone.
  • You must not disclose your username or password to any other person as this may increase your liability in the event of a fraudulent transaction.
  • You should only access Mobile Banking from your own mobile device.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining adequate security on all devices accessing Internet banking services.
