We have upgraded our Mobile Banking.

You are now able to download the HICU Connect App from the App stores for your Android & Apple device.

 

So what is new?

Fingerprint login

  • Use your fingerprint to login to your account

Quick balance

  • See your balance without the need to login to your account, then when you need to transact just login

Overseas Notification

  • Easily notify Heritage Isle when you are planning to travel overseas - this will assist with fraud monitoring

Manage your VISA Cards

  • Change your pin
  • Block your card - this will be useful if you think you may have lost it
  • Report your card as lost or stolen and order a new card
  • Tap & Pay functionality (Android ONLY)

Other things to know

  • To change/setup future payments - you will need to utilise your internet banking. We will advise when this functionality will be available
  • When you make a payment you will have to enter a description

 

How do I upgrade?

Login via either Play Store (Android) or iTunes (Apple) and search for HICU Connect then download.

  • Enter your member number
  • Access code - this is your current Internet/mobile banking code/password
  • Enter your mobile number

And then you are all set to go!

Passcode - this is a 4-6 digit number to login into your account quicker

Quick balance - get your balance without the need to login
