RediATM Network Update 1 January 2019

We’ve been advised that the National Australia Bank (NAB) are withdrawing from the rediATM network effective January 1st, 2019.

This decision reduces the size of the rediATM network and the number of participating ATMs.

Given this change please note;

a) NAB ATM transactions will no longer be considered ‘rediATM’ transactions for the purposes described in the Bank’s schedule of fees and charges. Making transactions at NAB ATMs may impact the fees payable on Member accounts. We recommend Members confirm if the terminal they are intending to use is a rediATM before making a transaction to avoid this impact. Please do not rely on the ‘branding of the machine’ as some ATMs may incorrectly carry rediATM branding after 1st

b) Note that whilst Members can continue to use NAB ATMs without a ‘direct charge’ fee, there may be an impact on their fees.
