3.49 Home Loan Terms & Conditions

The 3.49 Home Loan is only available to new owner-occupied borrowers who apply between 18/04/18 – 30/6/19 and have their loan funded by 31/8/19.

*The interest rate and comparison rate is current as at 18/4/19 and is subject to change. The comparison rate is based on a loan of $150,000 over a 25 year term. WARNING: This comparison rate is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate.

1. Not available for investment purposes or for refinancing of existing Bank of Heritage Isle loans. 3.49 Home Loan cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer, bonus or discount, with the exception of the $1500 Bonus offer. 3.49 Home Loan cannot be split with a fixed term or any other Bank of Heritage Isle Home Loan product. A maximum Loan Value Ratio (LVR) of 70% including the capitalisation of Mortgage Protection Insurance applies. The 3.49 Home Loan is a limited time offer and can be withdrawn at any time.

To be eligible for this offer you need to apply for one owner occupied home loan and one investment loan; either by applying for a new loan or refinancing from another lender or combination thereof. Both loans need to be applied for between 21/1/19 – 30/4/19 within 3 months of each other. Both loans need to be funded within 3 months of application date. Minimum combined loan amount of the two loans is $250,000. Bonus offer of $1,500 is limited to one set of two properties (one owner occupied and one investment property). $1500 will be credited to S1 account within 1 month of settlement of second loan. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, bonus or discount and can be withdrawn at any time.
