Spiced Apple Crumble

Ingredients

• 1 Shot dark rum
• 110ml apple juice
• 10ml ginger ale
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 apple for the garnish

Instructions

Pour the dark Rum and apple juice into a glass with ice.

Top with the ginger ale and grate some of the cinnamon stick over the top.

Cut a thin slice of apple for garnish and enjoy.

Spicy Pomegranate Moscow Mule

Ingredients

• 1.5 shots vodka
• juice from 1/2 lime juice
• juice from 1/4 of a small grapefruit, plus grapefruit slices
• 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
• 1-2 jalapeño slices
• ginger beer
• pomegranate seeds and fresh mint

Instructions

Fill a cocktail glass with ice.

Combine the vodka, lime juice, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, and jalapeños in a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice and shake until combined.

Strain into the glass, top with ginger beer and garnish as desired.
